Take a look at the clothes on this dapper Chihuahua. I'm not quite sure if he's sporting the hip-hop look or the Lance Armstrong, but it's a suave outfit. Those almost look like Steampunk goggles -- and now that I mention it, a Steampunk outfit for our Chihuahua would be a great look for winter.
